If you are working e.g. in a tax authority, university, chamber of commerce or any other field with high quality information about eInvoicing we invite you to share your experience in eInvoicing with our European community initiative.

Country Information Managers (CIMs)

Reasons for the efforts in making CIMs join the web platform:

  • Emphasizing the participation of country representatives (native speakers)
  • Presenting a lead person in the area of eInvoicing in the specific country

The number of working days per year needed to carry out a CIM’s tasks:
Due to the fact that the platform offers easy-to-handle self-enlisting functionalities and easy-to-use search options the CIM’s role is only to act as a mentor for his/her own country.

The detailed tasks of the CIM are:

  • Identifying activities/companies/organizations in the field of eInvoicing in the own country and informing these parties about this European-wide non-commercial activity.
  • Informing about the platform’s mission (native speakers for requests of the respective country) in case someone wants more information about this CEN activity.
  • Mentorship (in terms of usability engineering aspects and continuous improvement process aspects).
  • Participating in telephone conferences to foster the progress of this community.

The period of the CIM mission
Duration: As long as you are able and willing to act as a CIM.
You can quit any time but we expect you to recommend a substitute candidate.
